Absolutely I agree with Pete.

With 8.5.1 release, customers seems to be finally rolling out to the rest of the user community. As Butler mentioned, penetration to new market is the challenge but is an opportunity since Exchange 2010 is another rip & replace transition.

Butler missed IBM's new initiative called "IBM Client for Smart Work (ICSW) to reduce desktop cost by 50% by adopting Linux based desktop client.
